Referrals from health professionals are also welcome. -
The initial consultation is a parent-focused session where we:

Some families benefit from a few targeted sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over time. -

Yes—our focus is supporting children beyond hospital settings, helping them prepare, cope, and recover in everyday environments.

We use gentle, evidence-based strategies such as:
Play-based preparation
Gradual desensitisation
Coping strategies (breathing, distraction, choice)
This helps children feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

We provide sensitive, trauma-informed support to help children process their experiences and rebuild a sense of safety and trust.

Yes—support may be available through NDIS, depending on your child’s plan. Where applicable, self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Pricing is based on $180 per 50-60 minute session for private clients, and NDIS pricing is based on the current NDIS pricing.
